Sorry, none of the enhancements I have done have gone into
the creation of the print output; only HTML.

Since we (LDP processing) do not use the TeX route for producing
PDF and PostScript, I have not spent any effort working with
that area (nor do I have the time).

If someone, or some group, wishes to work on the "#print" area
of ldp.dsl, I will gladly integrate the changes. I've had various
people submit (excellent) changes/ideas for the "#html" area.
