Zalaczam Rocznik Filozofia I Nauka 2020 na temat Ery Komputeryzacji.
gdzie na trzecim miejscu jest obszerna rozprawa na temat dziedziny informatyki.
Pozostałe pozycje Rocznia też są b. ciekawe.
Sama definicja nie wystarcza aby mieć koncepcję tej sprawy.
Szkoda, że w III RP nie ma pisma naukowo-zawodowego,
gdzie taka dyskusja powinna mieć miejsce.
Dyskusja e-mailowa jest synonimem stanu jaki jest w „komputyce”.
Przypomnę, że takie pismo było i wychodziło nawet 35 lat (1965-2000),
które miałem przyjemność współzałożyć i współredagować przez 12 lat.
Ale potem „nie lubiano” mojej koncepcji informatyki. Kiedy informatykę niektórzy
(z areopagu) definiowali jako naukę.
Obecnie powrócono do ETO z czasów katakumbowych,
co zostało teraz zmodernizowane „cyfryzacją”. I to w czasach
Big Data i AI, kiedy coraz mniej „cyfr” przetwarza się a więcej „alfa”.
Sprowadzanie rozwoju informatyki do żonglerki definicjami tylko sprawia, ze w UE
Polska w tym obszarze wyprzedza tylko Rumunię i Bułgarie, czasem i Grecję, w zależności od indeksu.
Natomiast łączne członkostwo 3 towarzystw „informatycznych” jest grubo poniżej 1 promila wszystkich zatrudnionych „komputyków”. Wyraźny brak zainteresowania u praktykujących informatyków tego typu dywagacjami.
