editors: erroneous META URL redirects

Really minor, but an annoyance. Three sets of files have erroneous META
redirects which cause pages not to be found. They are:
peter@mars /usr/doc/howto/html $ grep -rl "URL=.*/LDP" *
Adv-Bash-Scr-HOWTO/index.html
Adv-Bash-Scr-HOWTO.html
Consultants-HOWTO/index.html
Consultants-HOWTO.html
HOWTO-HOWTO/index.html
In all cases, they look for a URL location that does not exist.
peter@mars /usr/doc/howto/html $ grep "URL=.*/LDP" *
Adv-Bash-Scr-HOWTO/index.html:<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="0;
URL=../../LDP/abs/html/">
Adv-Bash-Scr-HOWTO.html:<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="0; URL=../LDP/abs/html/">
Consultants-HOWTO/index.html:<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="0;
URL=../../LDP/lcg/html/">
Consultants-HOWTO.html:<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="0; URL=../LDP/lcg/html/">
HOWTO-HOWTO/index.html:<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH"
CONTENT="0;URL=../../LDP/LDP-Author-Guide/">
These should either be removed or replaced with the correct files.
