Alexander pointed out the main/big problem. Another problem,
ldp.dsl is a DSSSL stylesheet that contains 2 distinct sections
used for processing, so you need to specify one.
> jade -t sgml -d ldp.dsl pctel.sgml
should be:
jade -t sgml -d ldp.dsl#html pctel.sgml
(for example. The other area is defined by ldp.dsl#print)
