I see...rather an interesting article.  I was completely ignorant of 
that, about 8 years ago, when it was happening.

And, I only became aware of the effort to use these standardized 
shorthand names about 3 months ago and I think it is a big boon.  
But, I plan on referring to licenses that way, now.  So much less 
ambiguous!
