Having been indoctrinated into Debian (*glassy eyes* join us...),
I haven't used Red Hat in quite a while to do any DocBook processing.
I'm building a web page to do validation and processing that I'd like
to see thrown on to sourceforge, but for now it's just proof-of-concept.

Anyway, the servers I'm working with have either Red Hat 7.0 or
VA's 6.2-based (effectively 7.0 without the bad stuff) and neither
distro has anything more recent for DTDs than 3.1 available.

Am I looking for the wrong packages, or are the DTDs packaged for
Red Hat somewhere, or will I have to do this all by hand?
