There are some, but things are really in flux right now.  For the short
term, install things by hand.  If you're willing to chill for a month or
two, the new tools should be working properly on RH.  (they may be
working now, but I've not tested much).  Rawhide.redhat.com has the new
packages, but the new dtd's don't work with any of the old tools.  :-/
