Because no one ever, ever gets pointed to the wiki by the search
engines or in any other way.

They _always_ get pointed to the main website. Lets search with
"3-Button-Mouse howto" (which is the first one in the wiki list), and
see, it will point to main tldp site, which is out of date.

That's really all I had to say, feel free to do whatever is best.
