Niestety te dane wymagałyby dłuższego komentarza, co rozumiemy pod terminem
"polska elektronika". W zależności od przyjętych definicji będzie bardzo
różnie.
Dam przykład: czy produkcja firmy Flextronics z Tczewa to polska
elektronika?
Czy produkcja fabryk firmy IKEA to polskie meblarstwo?
Żeby nie grać do jednej bramki zapytam, czy produkcja w Chinach tekstyliów
na zlecenie polskich handlowców to polski czy chiński przemysł odzieżowy?
Albo czy praca firmy Foxconn na rzecz Apple to chińska czy amerykańska
elektronika?
Nie jest łatwo, ale patrząc na same liczby bez dodatkowych wyjaśnień - nie
wiemy nic, albo wiemy bardzo niewiele.

Dane na temat upadku produkcji elektroniki w Polsce:
w 1988 wyprodukowano w Polsce rekordową ilość 540 000 telewizorów kolorowych
i monochromatycznych.
Te piękne czasy wspominane są do dziś jako "złota era polskiej
elektroniki".
Jak powszechnie wiadomo, polska elektronika już nie istnieje, wystarczy
spojrzec na dane GUS'u :
40-krotny wzrost produkcji: trudno o większe upokorzenie, prawda?
