Hi Gareth,

I had this on my list of new documents pending - usually when that's the
case I've been waiting on something from the author.  If I missed
something, my apologies!

We'd already agreed to add this document.  I'd appreciate anyone's help
with the technical review, and if none of the editors responds in the
next day or two, please send me your source file directly and I'll get
that completed and off the "In Progress" list for you immediately.
