editors: Thread: resigning as Review coordinator

Hello all,
I wanted to let you know that I have resigned as review coordinator for the
LDP. The new Review Coordinator is Tabatha Persad. I hope you all will join
me in welcoming Tabatha. I'm sure that her energy and excitement about the
LDP will invigorate us all.

I will be continuing on at the LDP as the Collections Editor.
