Hi Everybody!

I am from the Traduc.org French translation project. In the context of
our project, we have prepared a CSS stylesheet for HTML, that enhances
documents made from DocBook XML (via the TLDP XSL stylesheet).

This stylesheet is available here:
http://www.traduc.org/docs/HOWTO/lecture/style.css

It is still a work in progress, but is already working nicely. We'd be
happy to hear any comment or feedback.

Please feel free to use it if you find it useful.

Hello All,

Here are few HOWTOs : http://www.xml-dev.com/blog/#88
that use this CSS, so that you can get an idea of how
the documents will look with the CSS applied.

Great!

How would the DocBook markup to link to this stylesheet look?

No markup is needed. You just need to produce the HTML document using
the latest TLDP XSL stylesheet (http://my.core.com/~dhorton/docbook/tldp-xsl/).

Then, if the stylesheet is in the same directory, the HTML document will
automatically use it :)

Check out http://www.happy-monkey.net/docbook/ for the latest TLDP-XSL stylesheets. This will be the new home.

By the way, the traduc.org style.css stylesheet looks very nice. I think it would look good on the tldp.org site. I would not mind seeing it tweaked to use a san-serif font used since it would be easier to read on a computer monitor, but overall the stylesheet looks great.

I took that link from the TLDP resources page. Maybe this page would
need to be updated?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have updated the CSS to
use san-serif font.

Here are some sample HOWTOs that use the updated CSS
(i.e. with san-serif): http://www.xml-dev.com/blog/#88

That's my fault for not communicating the change to TLDP.
