Errors Using ldp.dsl

I'm hoping someone can help as I'd really like to use the ldp.dsl style sheet. test.xml: <!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2//EN" "http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.0/docbookx.dtd"> <book id="index"> <title>Quick Test Using LDP.DSL</title> <chapter id="intro"> <title>Introduction</title> <para>Testing...</para> </chapter> </book> openjade: v1.3.2 opensp: v1.5 CMD 1: openjade -V %use-id-as-filename% -t xml -d /usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/html/docbook.dsl /usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/dtds/decls/xml.dcl test.xml No errors and I get my htm files as expected. CMD 2: openjade -t xml -d /usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/html/ldp.dsl#html /usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/dtds/decls/xml.dcl test.xml 2 errors: openjade:/usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/html/ldp.dsl:355:18:E: reference to undefined variable "$table-width$" openjade:/usr/local/dbtools/docbook-dsssl/html/ldp.dsl:320:28:E: reference to undefined variable "$verbatim-line-by-line$" Any help resolving these errors would be greatly appreciated. I don't have any other docs prepared yet, I was just trying to get the small test file pasted below to produce HTML output using the LDP stylesheet. I could put that test XML doc on my web site if you'd like (though it would probably be just as easy to cut and paste)?
