Hi,

I am trying to use Dan York's LDP customized XSL stylesheets with a
Java-based product called "XSL Utility" from XMLMind (www.xmlmind.com).
I think I have followed the instructions for installing correctly, but
I keep getting an error that says, "stylesheet compilation failed". Has
anyone tried this approach and had it work?

Dave

I haven't.

On a related note, someone contacted me with an issue about the XSLT
stylesheets and I realized that they haven't been updated in a l-o-n-g
time. They were designed to be a customization layer on top of version 1.44
of Norm's DocBook XSLT stylesheets. I see Norm is now up to 1.61.2.
Undoubtedly there are things that are broken... I'll send ou a separate
message on this.

So it may not be your program, but rather the XSLT stylesheets.

Dan
