Hi, I'm currently writing a Guide and am trying to get nested indexes working.

something akin to:
http://www.tldp.org/LDP/lame/LAME/linux-admin-made-easy/index.html

This is what I've tried:
<chapter id="c03">
<title>Client Configuration And Management.</title>

	<sect1 id="c03.01">
	<title>Joining a Domain.</title>

		<para>X</para>

		<sect2 id="c03.01.01">
		<title>Windows 9x</title>
			<para>A</para>
		</sect2>

		<sect2 id="c03.01.02">
		<title>Windows NT/2K</title>
			<para>B</para>
		</sect2>

		<sect2 id="c03.01.03">
		<title>Windows XP</title>
			<para>C</para>
		</sect2>

		<sect2 id="c03.01.04">
		<title>Samba Clients</title>
			<para>D</para>
		</sect2>

	</sect1>

</chapter>

What am I supposed to use ? Thanks
