docbook: ldp_mk errors

I am trying to run ldp_mk with the command
./ldp_mk -style ldp.dsl -txt html2text -mk_index
Debian-and-Windows-Shared-Printing.xml
the ldp.dsl is from http://www.tldp.org/authors/tools/ldp.dsl.
and in /etc/sgml/catalog I have added:

Unfortunelly, the build fails with:
