Hey everyone,
I'm trying to validate the revised Author Guide but am getting an error
that I don't know how to deal with.
The top of the document I'm trying to validate looks like this:
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-1'?>
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.2//EN"
"http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd">
And here are the "function" errors I'm getting.

"X21B7" is not a function name
Any help would be much appreciated. :)
