Thanks!  Is this the proper form for a DTD declaration when using
DocBook XML 4.2:

	<!DOCTYPE article PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2//EN"
	 "http://docbook.org/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd">

Or does the LDP host their own copy of the DTD to which we should refer
in our XML source?
