I have a docbook 4.1 document with a few <note></note> elements. The
HTML includes a reference to a "note.gif" illo that goes with the note
element. It does not get copied into the directory where the web
server expects to find it. Nor does it show up in the PDF or DVI
output.
I believe I have copy of it:
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl-stylesheets-1.64/images/note.gif
How do I fix this?
