discuss: Thread: Mirror location?

Hello,
looking at 
http://ldp.irontec.com/
listed on the MIrror page as in the US state of FL the host site seems to be 
in Spain, after pinging the domain and getting the IP address of 
82.194.71.224
and then going to 
http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?
and entering that IP, Spain it is.  Have I missed the point?
