Subject:
outdated HOWTOs
From: "jdd for http://tldp.org" ####@####.#### Date: 29 Sep 2008 09:23:03 +0100 Message-Id: <48E0903A.9010803@dodin.org> Hello :-) (again :-) I fail to find a list of "obsolete" or "outdated" HOWTOs is this list somewhere? I think the policy (static web site) should be: * never remove nor change the URL of any doc (people can have a link to it) * change indexes. so HOWTOs should have some sort of date included in the name. we should have a "need review" list (up to date!). Probably any doc older than two years should be automatically put there. On the wiki it can be done by adding a tag (admonition) on top of the doc. jdd -- jdd for the Linux Documentation Project http://wiki.tldp.org http://www.dodin.net | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
