discuss: Thread: Multilingual-HOWTO

This is a query as to whether there would be interest in, a Multilingual-
howto. Or maybe someone is already writing it?

There are already HOWTOs on working in a number to languages other than
English, but only a few (one? Belgian) deal with  working in a number of
languages together. I am qualified to write this, in that I do work with
a number of languages. Although I would much prefer to read such a document
written by someone who knows much more than I do. If I make a start, I
hope that it will become a repository which other will contribute to.
