Yes, i think i'll do that. i'll take out the empty chapters and
re-submit it..

i can take all the 'in-progress' stuff out today. When will it 'really'
be completed? i think it won't. Armin Herbert is now working on a
section about the new samba, and i expect that to be ready in a few
weeks. My next target is to find out about some consensus there may be
about using which attributes for which purpose. i cannot give you a date
on when i thing it is going to be complete.
