1) bugzilla, as each other tool, does not prevent spam
from an open e-mail address.
2) using webform is not efficient, because it requires
leased line, not available for everyone.
3) i can establish a spamassasin filter, but the machine
is not very big and could kill it.
4) i have spamassasin on my private home machine, and it
cuts spam. do the same.
