A few days ago, I suggested using the <bridgehead> tag for embedding
a revision history. It works but . . . . . . it causes everything in
the embedded text block to appear in a large, bold font. Additionally,
someone has reported problems doing a PDF build with this tag. I haven't
had such problems, and neither, apparently has the LDP.

I'll be looking for an alternative to <bridgehead>. If all else fails,
well then I can always convert the revision history to straight text,
with <para> tags. Sigh.

As an aside, there's a real need for a Docbook/SGML/XML HOWTO or Guide.
One with many examples, showing usage of all the hundreds of tags.
