Ahh yes you can :) That is the idea behind a "rewrite" it would be from
scratch. I already have the TOC, which is actually different from the
first edition as it is more focused. Besides, OpenDocs owns the title
(even though you can't really own a title) You can see the TOC here:

No disrespect to Debian, but there isn't a big enough market for a Debian
book. RedHat has the market share. For good or bad, that's the truth. If I
write a book about Debian, I sell 500-1000 copies, if I am lucky. If I
write a RedHat book, I sell 2500-10000 copies without even breathing hard.
