Ditto. That's exactly what I usually do when I'm in a rush. Accomplishes
getting something at the very least documented, so the work isn't all lost.
Granted, it looks messy, but when one has more time, they can easily Wikify it
later as converting to Wiki is much like riding a bike. (Have to relearn it if
the syntax hasn't been used lately.)
