I am still working through copyediting signals.html, having been
overly optimistic about time to completion for that work -- for which
I apologise. Please don't be alarmed: There is _no_ problem with your
work, and I am not making any substantive changes to the text. It's
just a great many small matters of punctuation, occasional bits of
grammar, and English idiom.
A few things have been fixed via global search and replace with
confirmation, such as punctuation of 'i.e.' and 'e.g.', but otherwise I
have been working consecutively through the document, and vim tells me
I am 35% of the way through. I'm updating the live document, so you can

doing and diff against your local copy.
