Rick, I think he was just under the impression that was the standard.
And from what it looks like, it is the standard.  What JDD wants is a
mirrored site, both static DocBook HOWTOs and it's twin in Wiki form.

I agree, if it is easier for you to use Wiki, please use it.  Any
submissions are useful!
