I have a suggestion: how about we start with developing a civility
code for discuss? I can take the trolling but it's unfair to
newcomers and honest volunteers to be bombarded with abuse. These
lists get picked up on Google and it really doesn't help our cause to
have this sort of immaturity archived in search results.
