These HOWTOs removed for review are likely the ones by AlDev that he
had made worse by modifying. In one case I found he had just copied
stuff from the Internet without attribution (plagiarized) and pieced
it together so that there was a complete loss of continuity at various
point in the resulting doc. I also found a scam run by him on the
Internet, etc. Don't put these docs back unless they are reviewed
first. They will likely fail a review.
