yes it is :-)

don't forget I have admin access to the server, I don't look at the
rendered html but at the source file

my idea is that is *was* sometime or *is* somewhere a php file, but is
translated before coming to the tldp Web site.

I have to know if this file is not overwritten by a scrip before
changing anything by hand (better change the script)
