Hi,

I would like to write something about HPC clustering with OCS (Open
Cluster Stack).

This guide will cover :

- architecture
- frontend install
- compute nodes install
- frontend / compute nodes customization
- software integration (HPC)

Basically this will be a basic / advanced guide for the OCS (Open
Cluster Stack).

The Open Cluster Stack is based on NPACI Rocks code and available here :

http://my.platform.com/products/platform-ocs

Also, I would like to include a lot of detailed examples and
procedures (system / HPC), like the one you can found here :

http://platform.uark.edu/forums/index.php?c=3

I checked and there are few documents regarding how to set up a
cluster (beowulf / cluster / parallel processing howto) but there is
no "complete guide". The documentation available from npaci rocks
does not include advanced examples / complete architecture overview.
The OCS documentation does not include advanced HPC procedures /
examples.

So, what are your thoughts ?

Cheers,

Mehdi
