Dear All,

I've created a report on the current status of our HOWTOs. In order not
to confuse anybody (it is probably not final), I put it on my own site at
http://tille.xalasys.com/training/tldp/authors.php

The HOWTOs are split in 7 categories:

- - living authors
- - looking for a maintainer
- - to archive
- - no mail
- - user unknown
- - connection problems
- - dead authors

The page has some more explanations.

Tille.

Under this category you've listed:
HOWTO Encourage Women in Linux Val henderson

The woman who wrote that HOWTO is "Val Henson". In fact on her website
(http://infohost.nmt.edu/~val/) she lists this HOWTO as one of the
papers she has written, along with a link to tldp.org's site hosting
this paper, and a link to the docbook source for this work. :-)

Her email address is listed on her resume. In the event this document
needs to be updated and she is not interested in its maintainership my
guess would be to ask on the LinuxChix site for volunteers.

Best regards,
	Trevor

That's on her website, not on ours. You can't expect me to keep track of
all the websites of individual authors, there's over 400 of them... And
if she does not want to be contacted and thus leaves out an E-mail
address in her document, that is her affair. BTW this should have been
prevented from happening in the review procedures, but in those days
HOWTOs were submitted and accepted rather at random :( This document
shouldn't even have been in our collection.

No need to get testy!!! As far as I know, no one here can obligate you to do
*anything* you are uninterested in ;-)
