Anybody has an idea what is happening here?

Subject: Premature Ending Of Script Headers

Dear TLDP,

I am having some difficulties with the following files,which are causing the
server to throw a 500 internal sever error:

http://hollow-refuge.net/ldp/LDP/LGNET/current/misc/tag/utf-2.pl.txt


I am going to take the precaution of removing them til I know how to fix the
problem.I have a horrible feeling that it might be due to the fact Apache
is..mmm..not sure..trying to do its thing.I notice it tries to give certain
other files executable permissions (seeing the lack thereof as an error,when I
am sure the LDP never intended to give such files any sort of executable
permissions).

Would appreciate any advice.Apologies for the inconvenience.

Permissions are set to 664, not executable. Files
are part of  Linux Gazette. tldp.org works fine:

Something with their server.
