Hello,
	I'm writing because I may be able to offer an alternative to the
url shown in the subject heading, for the database. The reason for the
offer is the lack of the database availability. Today Matt's traceroute
is showing a 47% packet loss at the gateway node (194.159.246.86).

	I have a few relationships that I am willing to mine but recognize
that there is always more than what meets the eye. So I am hoping to
make contact with someone else involved the LDP.
