discuss: Thread: Draft ready of the Sybase ASE / SQL Server HOWTO

I have placed my draft of the "Sybase Adapative Server Enterprise / SQL Server 
HOWTO" at:

Please have a look and let me know what you think needs work. Although you may 
not know the product in question, I will appreciate any suggestions on the 
DocBook XML formatting part. I converted it to HTML with xsltproc without 
errors, but when I tried getting the FO into PDF via fop it just pours out 
errors and nothing is generated. The ldp_print / htmldoc method seems to only 
work on SGML-created HTML docs?
