Hi Peter,

I took a look at the HOWTO in question, and in section 1.2 there are
several other people who helped the author.  Have you tried to reach any
of them?  I see that some of them are from the same domain as the
author, but perhaps one of the other ones there?

If not, I've also replied with a cc to the discussion list for
suggestions.
