No manual editing. There is a filtering process (ldp_print) that
occurs initially on the single-file HTML instance. And, as I recall,
using htmldoc, pagination is controlled via section headings in the
html (e.g. h1 triggers a page break).

htmldoc is a nice piece of software and very configurable. No
CSS support however (that's coming in a future release).
