Hmm.. I very much doubt that. We're not really overwhelmed with new
submissions these days. But I don't think this is related to DocBook.
Documentation is simply much more dispersed over the net. Or not written
at all. Even today I asked a collegeague for documentation about
something, and he said it was between his left and right ear...
In the company where my friend works, servers and what not are set up, and
writing the docs is postponed, or passed over to the newbies, or simply
not done, again...
When something crashes and needs to be restored, or something does not
work, people tend to rely on Google, because Google knows everything..
