No, only sender is getting such a reply, because
her/his address is in "reply-to" header.
The reason of such behavior is people subscribing
our lists sometimes remove their accounts without
unsubscribe process. Our listesrver gives about
ten days for bouncing address and then
automaticly unsubscribe them. We cannot
unsubcribe people at once, because sometimes
there are temporary errors.
So - please be more lenient.
