I handle the publishing for the LDP. Everything is done via one
(perl) script, ldp_mk.

If you look in our resources area http://tldp.org/authors/#resources
you'll find a lot of what we use internally, including the
aforementioned script (see "DocBook Environment & Processing"
section on the Resources page).
