I downloaded the PDF and converted it to text, but the conversion is
flawed (the Linux software doesn't do it well).  And I think the doc
is flawed too.  The title of the HOWTO is pretty confusing and nothing
in the introduction explains what the HOWTO is about.  I think it's
much to tersely written and isn't always in complete and clear sentences.
Still, the procedure described can likely be followed, but there is no
overview of what is happening.

Now how does pdf convert to linuxdoc or docbook?  I think I could
convert it to linuxdoc in a couple of hours but I'm not sure of how
much benefit this would result in.  I think other things I could do
would have a higher benefit/cost ratio.

Note that I only sampled a small part of it and could be wrong on my
evaluation.
