it's also possible to make on the wiki (for any HOWTO
involved) an locked page with the current revision, an open
one with the same thing for users editing purpose and anyway
any page has it's own discussion page.
lock/unlock can be done directly by the author, may be on a
calendar way (open from given date to given other).
of course, if we do so, all this must be explained to the
authors. I can help for writting a HOWTO tldp writing :-).
But we should rapidly build a experimental page to show what
it's about.
