We're still documenting that, I'm afraid. The process is now well
outlined, but who does what is something that we will have to map on the
task descriptions that David started on. I guess it is the review
coordinator's task to make sure that documents which are reviewed are sent
to ####@####.#### (doing it him/herself or having the author submit
them) so that they can be published (giving the green light). Greg is
currently doing the publishing.
