I have just made different styles for boxes, otherwise they are the same as
Tille's. If anything is to be done with content, it is up to her to decide.

Sorry, original is not mine. I have just re-mastered it to not use
colors and use different kinds of frames instead. In my very, very
humble opinion, they are easier to distinguish between than, say, blue
and slightly darker blue.
