In the course of editing the document, I might just as well update it at
the same time. I'll give it a spin with the latest kernels (2.4.x and
2.6.y) as well as binutils-2.15... maybe even try gcc-4.0.0 now that
it's out.

Probably not. I just wanted something to say "ELF isn't the only way to
do things"; make the reader aware that ELF is a decision, not taken for
granted.

How I feel about the various licenses flip-flops on a weekly basis.
