Hi Rahul,
Wow! Lots of fabulous suggestions! I'll rework my document over the
weekend, update my website, and let this list know when my updates are
complete.
By the way, skimming the author guidelines I can't decide if this should
be a HOWTO or guide. I'm leaning towards the guide end but would be
happy to take any arguments one way or the other.
