Keep in mind that we are waiting for the Norwegian librarians' document to
be translated. Based on their categorization, we can start with the subject
specialist assignments.

Is their anybody else volunteering to be a specialist on any specific
item? I've kept mails of people who offered their expertise before, but I
think the time has come to create some sort of database holding this
information, so that it can be made available for the editors, reviewers
and coordinators.
