I was just wondering, why is there no template file for the howtos at
least. Having one would make it a consistent design for these, and make
it easier for authors to submit in docbook, with a layout that doesn't
need editing.
I'm studying the docbook format, and have yet to find any layout options
that match the howto layout. this means each author has to recreate the
layout for themselves.
